People with excellent credit should consider annual fees, interest rates, rewards, and discounts when choosing a credit card, says an ASU finance expert.

The term 'excellent' credit varies widely among different sources and different lenders. Further, different companies may use different versions of your FICO score, so the score you pull up in your finance app or banking site may not be the same score used to evaluate you be a particular company. That said, over 800 seems to be universally agreed to be excellent, with scores of 750 to 800 being considered excellent by some.
