Fun in Class
Last year’s Full-time MBA class noticed a trend with Financial Accounting Professor Artur Hugon’s wardrobe; he wore a blue shirt with khaki pants nearly every day. In response, last year’s classes colluded and one day everyone came to Artur’s class wearing an identical outfit. Artur eventually noticed and everyone had a big laugh about it. It seemed to have a big effect on the way Artur’s dresses this year as he didn’t wear his staple uniform the first two months of the trimester. He has since reverted to his original wardrobe, claiming he is out of different colored shirts.
More fun was had at Artur’s expense this year when first year student, Jeff Honeywell, suggested the managerial decision making class, taught next door by Stewart Low, and the financial accounting classes switch during a break. Classes are 110 minutes long and we are typically given a break somewhere in the middle. Low was in on the trick. When Artur left the class to go make some copies, we made the switch. Check out the following video to see his reaction. I wonder what next year’s class will do.
